UMUC Virtual Dragons Bring Home the Gold

Congratulations to the UMUC Virtual Dragons, who won gold medals in both the 250-meter and 500-meter races and took third place overall at the 2008 Washington, D.C., Dragon Boat Festival!

A new DOD education contract calls for UMUC to provide undergraduate liberal arts instruction and some graduate programs on the ground to troops stationed in the U.S. Central Command in Iraq.
